Delivery Information

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after purchase. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We offer standard delivery across Australia, which takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.

Total delivery time: 2–4 business days

(1 business day processing + 1–3 business days shipping)

3. Flat Delivery Fee

We charge a flat AU$15 delivery fee per order — no matter where you live or how many deliveries your order requires.

4. Temperature-Safe Packaging

All juices are packed using insulated materials designed to keep your order cold for several hours after drop-off. You do not need to be home to receive your delivery immediately.

5. Apartment Deliveries

If you live in an apartment, please include detailed delivery instructions, such as door access codes, floor numbers, or concierge info, so our driver can access your building smoothly.
